Aquatics

Northwestern University Spac Pool, Evanston., IL

Saturdays 12:00-1:30 PM (ages 8 & older)

 

This program is designed for advanced swimmers geared toward competition. Swimmers must be proficient in deep water and have a working concept of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. This program includes: healthy living unit, warm-up, stroke technique, endurance training and working together as a team. Athletes are training to compete at the local meet. Swimmers must be at least eight years of age to participate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Track & Field

Park School, 828 Main St., Evanston, IL, 60202

Saturdays 1:00-2:30 PM (ages 8 & older)

 

Track & Field Athletes will work on skills within the area of running, throwing, jumping and participate in a sports station. This program includes: healthy living/sports unit, endurance training and teamwork. Athletes are training to compete at the local meet. Athletes must be at least eight years of age to participate.
