Please join Chef Courtney Storer, Co-Executive Producer and Culinary Producer of the Emmy, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild award-winning FX television show, The Bear, alongside Executive Chef Michael Ponzio of the Park Ridge Country Club, for Chefs, Cocktails & Dreams, a first-of-its kind event to benefit Have Dreams.
Chefs, Cocktails & Dreams will take place on October 19, 2024 at Park Ridge Country Club, 636 N. Prospect in Park Ridge.
This casually elegant evening will feature delicious dishes inspired by the Chefs’ shared Italian heritage. You will hear from Chef Courtney about her journey from Park Ridge to her work on The Bear as well as her personal connection to Have Dreams. Chef Michael will tell you about his impressive culinary path leading to his current position as the Executive Chef of Park Ridge Country Club.
In addition to passed appetizers and drinks, dinner at Chefs, Cocktails & Dreams will consist of these incredible food stations:
Seafood Bar: featuring an incredible selection of hot and chilled seafood
Chef Courtney's Station: featuring Chef Courtney cutting and serving fresh, homemade pastas in the room
Italian Beef Station: A sirloin carving station with all the fixings for this iconic Chicago sandwich
