Transition at Northwestern

Have Dreams workforce programs have the goal of helping adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) towards a pathway to employment.  The Transition at Northwestern program is for high school students in their last year of transition services or recent high school graduates.  The program is comprised of three 10-week internship rotations, and runs September – June, Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 3:00pm.   Most importantly, this program helps embed the participants in the community, increase their self-sufficiency, provide a meaningful sense of achievement, and build lasting relationshipsFor more information about this program and our Adult Workforce Training programs, contact info@havedreams.org.
