Charlie and Rebecca Besser
Charlie and Rebecca Besser have been generous supporters of Have Dreams, and our Night of Dreams gala. Charlie, the founder and Chairman /CEO of Intersport, a marketing and media solutions company and Rebecca, an active member of Chicago’s philanthropic community, have been dedicated friends of Have Dreams since their daughter Jacqueline joined our program in 2008.
In addition to their event support, Have Dreams has benefited from Intersport’s participation as an internship site for our Have Dreams Academy workforce training program, and Charlie and Rebecca's ambassadorship of our organization's programs and services.

2020 Ambassador Fellow Awardee
Reed Beidler
Lark Management Principal Reed Beidler, property owner of the Evanston Have Dreams building, has been a great friend to the organization through the years. In 2011 Reed recommended Have Dreams adult participants as a potential workforce for fellow building tenant and Evanston commercial bakery owner Jean Kroll, helping launch the Have Dreams Academy program. Reed has also provided numerous in-kind renovations to our Have Dreams Evanston site. Through Reed’s generous in-kind building improvements, Have Dreams has doubled the attendance capacity for our professional trainings, and now boasts a dedicated workforce training wing for adults enrolled in our Have Dreams Academy program.
