Welcome to Silverberry Acres, a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful wooded setting just 2 miles from downtown Saugatuck. This serene retreat offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, with easy access to charming shops, restaurants, galleries, live theater, and the stunning beaches of Lake Michigan, including Oval Beach and Saugatuck Dunes State Park, both less than a 10-minute drive away.
The outdoor space is a true highlight of this home. Step onto the expansive deck and sink into one of the comfortable patio chairs while sipping your morning coffee. A picnic table invites relaxed outdoor meals, where the fresh woodland air enhances every bite. Fire up the grill just off the deck to cook a backyard feast for family or friends. After a long day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub as the warm jets soothe your muscles and the stars twinkle overhead. An exclusive, private tutored wine tasting for ten people hosted in your home by The Chicago Wine Company's expert, Simon Lambert. Founded in 1974 as a bespoke wine retail and auction house, The Chicago Wine Company caters to its select list of clients throughout the USA and overseas and has grown to become one of the country's most established and trusted fine wine merchants.
Guided by Simon Lambert, you will compare and contrast twelve different wines highlighting six different grape varieties from some of the finest vineyards in the USA and around the world. Taste two side-by-side examples of the same grape variety—one from the US and one from elsewhere in the world—compare them and have fun voting on which is your favorite. All while enjoying a specially catered hand-cut assortment of cured meats and fine cheeses from Daniels Charcuterie in Park Ridge.
